LANSING, Ill. (October 23, 2018) – The first of six After-Hours Concerts at the Lansing Public Library will feature local band Classic celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Beatles’ White Album.

Library Director Debbie Albrecht says, “Since the Beatles are important to so many of us, we decided to make a day of it at the library. At 6:00pm on the stage we will have Beatles trivia and some other surprises. Wear your best Beatles shirt or 60s outfit, and relive the excitement of the late 60s. Join us throughout the day for Beatles fun! You may even win a prize.”

The After-Hours Concerts are all free, and they are scheduled for the first Friday of the month, November through April. All take place on the stage in the upper level of the library. Doors open at 6:00pm, and the concerts begin at 6:30pm.
