No one harmed in AT&T armed robbery

Lansing police accepting tips and leads: 708-895-7150

LANSING, Ill. (October 23, 2018) – On October 23, 2018, at approximately 12:27pm, the Lansing Police Department responded to the AT&T Wireless store located at 17709 Torrence Avenue for a report of an armed robbery.

Officers learned that three to five male subjects entered the store with handguns and took an undetermined number of cell phones. The offenders fled the scene in a red or orange 2-door sedan, possibly a Dodge Challenger. No one was injured.

Suspect number one was described as a light-skinned, African-American male, average height and weight, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white surgical mask.

Suspect number two was average height and weight, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white surgical mask.

Suspect number three was average height and weight wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with a dark mask.

The Lansing Police Department is requesting that anyone with information about the incident contact the Lansing Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at 708-895-7150.
