Ways Lansing Gives

Ways Lansing Gives

an invitation from The Lansing Journal

LANSING, Ill. (November 13, 2017) – Lansing is a generous community, particularly around the holidays. Angel Trees, Toys for Tots, Community Dinners—there are dozens of different ways that Lansing businesses, churches, schools, and other organizations extend a holiday helping hand.

The Lansing Journal would like to compile a list of events, fundraisers, collections, and distributions, and we don’t want to leave anyone out! Do you have a holiday coat drive at your church? Is your school doing an Angel Tree? Does your knitting group make extra baby blankets for Christmas? Will your motorcycle group be delivering toys to an area hospital? Those are the things we want to know about!

You can post the info in a comment on this article—tell us what it is, where it is, who’s doing it, and who it’s for. Include a link if you have one.

If you’re more comfortable on Facebook, you can post a comment on our Facebook page:

Our next print issue comes out December 6, and we’ll include as many as possible there, but in the meantime, feel free to publicize “Ways Lansing Gives” in our online venues.

Thank you for your help!
