The print version of The Lansing Journal comes out on the first Wednesday of each month. It is usually delivered to the post office by Wednesday afternoon, and it starts arriving in Lansing mailboxes on Thursday or Friday.
We also deliver bundles of the newspaper to locations throughout town. If you are on Facebook, you can see the complete list—with photos and addresses!—in this album we posted to The Lansing Journal Facebook page:
If you didn’t receive it—
We sometimes receive reports from readers that they have not received a copy in the mail. We use a special program from the post office called Every Door Direct Mail, which allows us to mail the paper at a reduced rate without having to address each one. If you did not receive a copy, please let us know your mailing address, so we can work with the post office to correct any problems.
Thank you for your help! The Lansing Journal is your community newspaper, and we want to make sure all Lansing residents receive a copy.
Outside of Lansing
If you live outside of Lansing, Illinois, you can still receive a printed newspaper each month, but we ask for a $30 subscription price to help cover the costs of printing and postage. You can provide your mailing information and payment online here:
