GLENWOOD, Ill. (February 18, 2018) – Each year, Glenwood Academy hosts a Community Celebration to share with the broader community the significant impact the academy has on children and families. The benefit is an opportunity to reinforce Glenwood Academy’s mission and legacy. Each Community Celebration raises money to benefit the organization’s programming and extracurricular activities. This year’s event is the 25th such celebration, and the theme is A Taste of Glenwood.
The celebration will include a silent auction, specialty food and beverage tastings, raffles, and family-friendly festivities. Glenwood students, families, staff, and surrounding community members are invited to attend.
A Taste of Glenwood is scheduled for Friday, March 9, 7:00–10:00pm in Glenwood Academy’s Irwin Family Center. Glenwood Academy is located at 500 West 187th Street in Glenwood, Illinois.
