Lansing’s Christina Javorka and Sydney Wood named Illinois State Scholars

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, Ill. (December 24, 2018) – Marian Catholic High School recently released a list of students, who, by a combination of ACT scores and GPA, have been named Illinois State Scholars. Lansing residents Christina Javorka and Sydney Wood are among the 27 qualified students.

Marian Catholic also included Indiana students on the list if they met the same qualifications. In addition, this year two international students met the criteria:
