About the Human Relations Commission

The Human Relations Commission is an advisory body, not a decision-making body. They meet to discuss Lansing’s diverse citizenship and ideas for ensuring that all kinds of people feel welcome in community, business, and government. Their recommendations go to the Village Board of Trustees, who decide what actions to take.

  1. On The 3 Goals that is listed on the agenda I would like to recommend that we teach to our youth

Goal 4: To obey the request by a law enforcement officer and respect them instead of immediately calling them ‘racist’ for doing the job
This will cut back 90% of all unnecessary conflicts between those who protect the citizens and those who are causing harm to our community

Organizations like this just stir up tensions between citizens and the police. Nothing more nothing less

If you want to stop racism stop talking about it all the time
