Connect with us:

Tips for successful e-learning

by Jacob Gourley, TF South Principal

Dear TFS Family,

As we do our best to keep students connected during these unprecedented times, here are a few tips for a meaningful experience doing school from home:

1. Get up at the same time each day, and check in for attendance and teacher updates at 9:00am.

2. Divide your e-learning time into chunks, like virtual class periods.

3. Reach out to your classmates and teachers with questions. Your teachers are working hard during this closure and are happy to assist you.

4. Take breaks and try to stay physically active. “Recess” time is good for the brain and body.

I am so proud of our dedicated staff and students who have all been working so hard to stay connected and engaged though we are physically apart.

Sincerely,
Jake Gourley, Principal
