LANSING, Ill. (November 5, 2020) – As COVID-19 cases continue to increase in Cook County and Illinois, Lansing has not been immune to rising numbers. According to the South Suburban Mayors & Managers Association’s COVID dashboard, Lansing’s seven-day moving average for new cases is the highest it’s ever been. As Lansing continues to battle the coronavirus, COVID-19 testing is an important part of limiting the virus’ spread.

The Lansing Journal has created a working list of COVID-19 testing sites near Lansing, as well as their hours, cost, time to receive results, and other information. Locations listed below are in municipalities that neighbor, or nearly neighbor, Lansing. Illinois locations are listed first, followed by Indiana locations.

UChicago Medicine at Ingalls Memorial, Calumet City

South Suburban College, South Holland

  • Address: 15800 S. State St. South Holland, IL
  • Days and hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., daily. No appointment needed.
  • Testing type: Drive-thru testing
